The most important thing now is to help you, for this, access the Returns Portal where you must indicate the order number and the email with which you placed it. Also, select which product is damaged and the damage it suffers to speed up the process, it is important that you send us photos of the defect. 

Once we receive all the information, we will contact you as soon as possible to try to give you a solution as soon as possible.
