How can I make a return?

We have made a Returns Portal available to you to simplify this process and make it as quick and easy as possible for you. All you have to do is enter the Returns Portal, enter your order number and the email with which you placed it. 

Remember that you have 14 calendar days from the day you received your order to request the return. 

During the return process, you are offered the different return methods we offer with the costs they may entail (which will be deducted from the final refund of the order).

Keep in mind that you have 14 calendar days from the time you notify the intention to make the return to send us the products to our warehouse. Return costs are always borne by the customer except in cases of defective products. 

Once your order arrives at the warehouse and we check the condition of the merchandise and that the products are suitable for return, we will proceed to make the refund by the same payment method you used to place the order. We have a maximum period of 14 calendar days to verify the merchandise and make the refund, but we always try to reduce this period as much as possible (keep in mind that during peak campaign times this period may be extended).
