I ordered the wrong product, can I exchange it? Is there a cost?

We do not make exchanges, if you made a mistake when buying a product, you will have to return the wrong product and place a new order with the correct product. The cost of the return is borne by the customer except in the case of defective products. 

The cost of the return is €3.99, an amount that is deducted from the refund of the order. 

The customer can also return the order by their own means as long as they have notified their intention to return the order beforehand (returns that arrive at the warehouse without prior notification will not be accepted). In this case, the cost will depend on the chosen company and the amount will be borne by the customer. 

We recommend keeping the shipping receipt where the delivery address to our facilities and the tracking number can be seen.
