How long does it take to process the refund?

Once the product has arrived at our warehouse, we try to process it as soon as possible and always within the legal period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. 

When the refund has been executed, you will receive a notification by email and the money will take 24-48 hours to arrive depending on the selected payment method and the receiving bank. The economic refund is always made through the same payment method used to place the order.
