What are the requirements for making a return?

The right of return applies only to products that are returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, that is, with the original packaging and unused. You can open the packaging to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, as long as the opening is done without breaking it. If it is broken, it will be understood that the value of the goods has decreased, as it cannot be resold.

Keep in mind that you will be responsible for the condition of the product upon delivery to our warehouses, so if you do not have the outer packaging in which you received it, you must send it in one of similar characteristics. There are some products that cannot be returned, such as personalized or custom-made items that have been manufactured exclusively for the customer (except in the case of defective products). 

Sometimes the color of the product may vary due to the material it is made of (for example, wood), these changes are beyond our control. 

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and notwithstanding the above, you may exercise your right to return any product that does not meet your expectations.
