The products I received are not the products I ordered, what do I do now?

We apologize, sometimes errors can occur during packaging in the warehouse or a computer problem that causes the error. 

To try to solve this problem as soon as possible, access the Returns Portal where you must indicate the order number and the email with which you placed it. Follow the return steps and indicate the product with the issue, add photos of the product that arrived by mistake where the label and barcode can be clearly seen. 

Once we have all this information to verify the error, we will contact you to give you a solution as soon as possible.
