Missing products from my order

We regret that you received the order incomplete, sometimes a technical or packaging error in the warehouse can occur. 

To give you a solution as soon as possible, access the Returns Portal where you must indicate the order number and the email with which you placed it. Indicate the reference of the incomplete product (if you do not know it, it appears in the order confirmation email but you can also indicate the name of the product). 

With all this information we will contact you to give you a solution as soon as possible.
