I cannot access my order through the Returns Portal

There may be 2 reasons for this to happen.

  1. You have just placed your order and have not yet received it. Our system is automatic so orders cannot be canceled once the order to send the order has been sent to the warehouse. This helps speed up the process and allows orders to arrive in 24-48 hours. In this case, you will have to wait to receive the order and decide if you want to make the return then.
  2. More than 14 days have passed since you received the order and the return period has expired.
