My return has been denied, what is the reason?

Once you receive the order, you have 14 calendar days to notify us of your intention to return the order. After this time, the return is outside the allowed period and therefore your return will be denied and you will not be able to access your order through the Returns Portal. 

Another reason for a denied return is that your order does not meet the minimum requirements to return a product. You can see these requirements in the first section of this page.
