My product has broken down, is it under warranty?

Since 01/01/2022, all products have a 3-year warranty in Spain from the date of purchase. Prior to that date, the warranty was 2 years from the date of purchase.

If you purchased the product within that period, the product is under warranty. If that time has passed, the product is not under warranty, but if you need help with the repair, please contact us to assist you with the process (in this case, the costs are borne by the customer).
