What happens if the repair is out of warranty?

 You can contact us through the contact form, attaching a photograph of the product and an explanation of the problem. We will provide you with the address for sending the product. Once received, our technicians will send you a repair estimate and you can decide if you want to continue with the repair process (in this case, the costs are borne by the customer).
