THE ROBOT SHAFT DOES NOT ROTATE PROPERLY

Modified on Tue, 8 Jul at 2:11 PM

Good morning,

First of all, you should check whether the central shaft is correctly positioned.

It is possible that during use the lower knob rotated, which may have partially unlocked the shaft and left it incorrectly placed.

To remove it, first hold the shaft with one hand (so it doesn't fall due to its weight once unlocked).
Turn the jug upside down and rotate the knob to the position where the open padlock symbol is shown.

To reinstall it, place the shaft back into position and turn the jug upside down again, always holding the shaft.

Then rotate the knob in the opposite direction until it locks and clicks into place.

Please confirm whether this resolves the issue. If not, kindly send us your full details so we can manage your case with our Technical Service.

They will contact you and explain how to proceed with the repair (please attach the purchase receipt).
