Good morning,
It is normal for certain foods to stick slightly to the bottom of the bowl, as it is not non-stick. This is explained in the instruction manual.
If this happens, you can clean it using a vinegar-based solution (1 glass of water with 10 ml of vinegar at 100°C). Leave it for 5 to 10 minutes and then rinse thoroughly. A simple sponge should help remove any remaining residue. (If the stuck residues are not properly cleaned, they may stick again).
To reduce this effect, avoid rapid temperature increases while cooking and ensure there is enough water in the bowl.
