The carrier will make a first delivery attempt. If you are not at home, they will send you an SMS to inform you and will try to contact you using the phone number you provided when placing the order to arrange a new delivery.
If after several attempts it is not possible to arrange a delivery, the order will be deposited at the nearest collection point to the delivery address. From that moment, you have 14 calendar days to pick it up. The address of the collection point is provided on the carrier's website, following the order tracking link sent in the "Order Shipped" email.
